| The board, KOMIPO's
top decision making group, is consisted of representative
directors(inner corporate), including the Chief
Executive and other directors(outer corporate).
The number of directors are set to fall anywhere
between 3 and 15 and more than half of them are
to be non representative directors. Currently, three
representative directors and four other directors
are working, with the board chairman assuming the
CEO position. KOMIPO is in compliance with related
laws such as commercial laws, and with specified
authorities and duties for the board and its directors
under corporate policies. |
